Dream AMR Converter is a multi-format video and audio converter. It is supposed to be an AMR converter, but it also supports a variety of other video and audio formats, both for input and for output. At the bottom of the screen are the conversion settings. From there you can select one of the available conversion profiles. If you go to "Common video", you will find under that category an array of different video formats.
The AMR format is located under "Common audio". AMR is a codec that was designed for the recording of spoken audio. It stands for Adaptive Multi-Rate Audio Codec. I didn't have a file that contained only spoken audio, so I tried a standard MP3 file and converted it to AMR. This might not be the best way to test conversion to AMR, though. The file played well on VLC. For a better test, you can use the trial version of this app and convert any voice recording to AMR.
Graphically, the application is easy on the eye. It has a built-in video player for quick video and audio preview, and the conversion profiles are neatly organized.
